On July 16, 2026, Fort Freedom will host a special America 250 Breakfast Conversation at NFI Headquarters in Camden, New Jersey—bringing together a select group of leaders, partners, and supporters to honor our nation’s legacy and invest in the future of Veteran mental health care.
In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, this year’s conversation reflects a deep sense of gratitude for the Veterans who have protected and shaped our country. Featuring Retired Lieutenant General Richard Y. Newton III and Representative Jared Solomon, and hosted by Sid Brown and Jerry Haffey, the morning will center on mental health, leadership, service, and the responsibility to give back. Speaker bios are included below for additional context and background.
Held in the spirit of our nation’s birthday, this gathering is more than a conversation—it is a call to action. Through this event, Fort Freedom continues its mission to provide life-changing care to Veterans living with PTSD. For more information, please contact:
