Dr. Keller provides therapeutic, evidence-based interventions that address the distinctive needs of each veteran. Dr. Keller’s philosophy as a Psychotherapist and Trauma Specialist, is reflected in the belief that all individuals have within them the ability to change, transform and above all heal to develop a life of meaning and purpose.
Dr. Keller’s training and background is diverse and multi-dimensional in order to provide a versatile approach to therapy. She has a Clinical Doctorate Degree in addition to being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Trauma Specialist, Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, EMDR Specialist, Certified Hypnotherapist, Domestic Violence Intervention Facilitator, and Energy Medicine Practitioner.
This unique combination of training and expertise results in providing veterans with a holistic perspective in achieving mental health wellness. Her approach is to assess and address the specific needs of each veteran and to then apply the modality that will best serve them. Among the modalities used are: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), Humanistic Therapy and Integrative Holistic Therapy. These various modalities are helpful in addressing Anxiety, Depression, Stress, PTSD, Addictions, All forms of Abuse and Trauma.
